Join the Club

You can sign up to join the Mount Klitsa Garden Club at any meeting. The cost is $15 a year. The Club meets at 7:00 on the first Thursday of the month, at Echo Centre's Dogwood Room.

Your benefits include:

* Speakers on a broad variety of topics

* Social events and opportunities to meet and learn from each other, and share plants and seeds

* Field trips, plant sales and visits to member gardens

* Involvement in community activities such as the Fall Fair and Hospital Bazaar. The Club also supports horticultural education by offering an annual award through Vancouver Island University.

Meetings

At our meetings we invite speakers on a wide range of topics. Recent presentations include how to improve your veggie garden soil, tips for making flower arrangements, and planting a garden for butterflies. We try to include a social time and always make sure there is tea, coffee and baking.
